武汉大学三级教授、博士生导师。入选国家级青年人才计划，国家社科基金重大项目首席专家。博士毕业于英国伦敦政治经济学院，曾在格拉斯哥大学等境外高校任终身副教授，兼任英国ESRC城市大数据中心联合创始人、中国区域科学协会理事、国际中国规划协会的 Global Board of Directors，作为客座编辑在Landscape and Urban Planning、Transportation Research Part D等国际重要期刊组织多本专刊，主持国家社科基金重大项目1项、主持国家自然科学基金项目5项，主持和参与省部级科研项目多项，获得包括“国际社会科学协会会士奖”等国内外奖项，研究成果被光明日报、人民网、中国经济网等媒体报道和转载
